Waivers & NMC

Sorry if this has been brought up. Beginning of the season I claimed 2-3 guys off of waivers. I lost 4 others to waivers (AHL/ECHL guys) so needed to claim a couple more. Now they all have NMC and r really f’n my roster. Have 4 guys coming back from injury
Question is how long will these NMC be in effect? When I go to their contract it says “NMC Temporary”

The waiver wire pickups are on a NMC for the rest of the season.

I'm finding waivers is out of control. There's way to many being placed on waivers, and too many being picked up and I also think its starting to push players off the roster for cap reasons as these players receive a NMC.

Rasmus Dahlen was added to the waivers from Buffalo amongst other notable players.. It's not game breaking as I usually edit players back onto they're teams but if I don't catch it at times, they have a team on they're history that kinda depletes the whole thing.

Wish the forum had an "agree" button so I wouldn't have to make a new post as this is the main reason I am waiting for the next update before I play any more games. The NMCs are really causing unrealistic roster decisions in my games too. Hopefully this will be addressed.

If memory serves correctly, the devs are looking at ways to correct/improve the waiver situation. With an update scheduled next week, we might not have long to wait.
