Top 100 Prospects Rankings wayyy off

I'm pretty deep into my game, which I have been playing since OOTP 16. For the past year or so, the top prospect rankings have been super off. We're talking about a 0.5/0.5 player ranked as #4 and nearly all of the prospects on the top 100 being trash. Obviously it's a superficial thing since ultimately what matters is the individual ratings of the players, but it would be nice to have an accurate list, especially when my owner has been pressuring me to improve my farm system ranking. I play with 100% scouting accuracy and never had this issue before OOTP22. If I change the list to be updating constantly then it is an accurate list, but I would like it to be updated yearly just like it is in real life.

I did some searching on these forums and elsewhere on the internet but couldn't find anyone with the same issue. Hopefully someone can help.

We'd definitely need to see the files for your league itself here to have any idea what might be going on.
