How to add affiliate team in Custom League

Love the game. Have been playing since FHM 4. Have a custom league and after 15 seasons finally expanded to make a minor league. How do I add the minor league teams to the major league teams? I'm on July 1st and still cant find the option to add them to the parent team.

You have to do it from the parent team's page. Go there and look for the drop-down menu underneath the rivals menu, it should say "Farm Team 1"
