Player relationships...

... and the new likability stat. How does it work what what can you do to improve it? I have half of my team that got bad relationship with me even with players that i just traded for etc.

Jeff or anyone else know anything about this? My team just won the cup all my top guys get good ice time but in chemistry screen half of my team got bad relationship with me!

There's not a lot you can do to make the players like you more at the moment. The team chemistry is something that I want to do a big overhaul of next year, the way the relationships and player personalities work is way too opaque and doesn't leave much for you to do.

Ok thanks for explanation. I'm assuming them having a bad relationship with me doesn't affect performance and contract negotiations as my team does well in general and i don't have trouble re-signing players.
