Shot in the dark question about league level modifiers

Hi all,

I'm looking through the database files with Notepad++ and I'm having trouble finding something I want to modify for a game I'm running.

Namely, I want to be able to change the Sabermetric Player Creation Modifiers for different league levels (MAJOR, AAA, and so on), but I can't seem to find those anywhere.

Anyone here have a clue as to what file they can be found in?

I believe you're looking for the column header named 'LevelsBelowMLB' in the MiLBLeagues.csv file in the stats folder.
