VERY slow simulation

I added 1 league and 2 minor leagues to an existing universe, that had only 1 league and 1 minor league.
After adding the new leagues, the game's simulation (day/week/month etc) started to run very slow. 25-30 sec at least, per day.
With OOTP 21, even 7 leagues and 6 minor leagues work much faster.
Maybe I didn't delete something? Maybe one of the settings is off?

PC, Windows 10 Home 64-bit, 8 GB RAM
Version 22.8 Build 69

There are a lot of different factors that can come into play here, many of which have to do with your local machine even more than the game itself, so it's really hard offhand to say what might be going on.

From your last message where you mentioned the name of the league, it sounds like you may've uploaded that? If not, would you do so?

If so, we can maybe try simming through it ourselves to see if we get the same slowness. If so, there might be an issue with the league itself, but if not, there might be something on your machine causing the slowness. At least that could help narrow things down a little.

Yes, I have uploaded the league.
Not sure if there is any relevance but, OOTP 21 is running well with a universe containing twice the amount of teams as in the OOTP 22 one...

Sorry, forgot to give you an update

There doesn't seem to be any issue with the league itself that I can see.

You might try checking your anti-virus or anti-malware settings to see if perhaps OOTP22 is not excluded in them. Something like that could even be causing things to slowdown compared to 21.
