custom schedule edit question

I'm setting up a custom league with 1 league, 2x6 team divisions. Games set at 80 per team but there's an "inter division" option up to 10....does this mean the number of games that teams play against every team in the other division. For instance if I set it at 4, does each team in Division A play 4 games against each team in Division B? any advice gratefully received!
