Draft-Is there a way to adjust order in Fantasy Draft?

I attempted to create a new standard league last night in manager mode and after signing coaches etc. I went to the draft and was not presetned with any of the options described in the OOTP Manual/or Posts that I can find.

There was no option for me to manually adjust the draft order or to "reset" the draft as others have discussed. I was basically given a draft position and could only chose between straight draft or serpintine. I could not find anything in the League Set-up...basic or advanced options.

Can you let me know what I need to do to have those options? I merely want to play in manager mode, sign coaches and get a reasonable draft position to start with (which is why the random adjustment to the draft order would be good).

I had to set up the league 3 times before I got a decent draft pick.

I figured it out how to do this but it is really strange why it works this way. I am not sure if others have had this same problem but this is at least one way to handle this...........

1) Go to Create Standard League
2) DO NOT start your manager career from this screen yet
3) Proceed to the sign Coaches/Scouts and you can do this for the team you want to manage
4) Proceed to the draft and you will then have all of the draft options (random draft, custom draft order etc). Set your draft position with the Custom Draft option if desired

When the draft starts just start your Manager career (you can do this during the draft) and select the team you want to manage. You are then back to where you want to be and do not have to reset the whole league set-up if you don't get a reasonable draft position.

NOTE: This works....there was, however, one small difference I noticed. You can (even if your not the manager yet) make offers for coaches and scouts,however, if you do not get your first choice when you hit finish day the computer may select an alternative for you and just sign them. This is not what happens if you select start manager career at the beginning. If you finish a day and don't get the person you want you are presented with all of the remaining choices to make an offer to. Small thing!
