Problem Change Team Colors In FHM7

Every time I try to change a teams colors a a large white or grey box covers the screen and doesn't allow for a change, I rebooted the program and the box disappears but the change can not be made. Also when playing in classic mode the name of the teams playing does not appear under their logo. I reset settings to no avail? What is the cause of this?

If I just click it and set it to on for that plshowbox speed testayerI am guessing it will automatically issue them a qualifying offer. My guess is that this would only work for RFAs? Just want to make sure it works as I am thinking it does.
