I want to get FHM 8 but I no nothing about hockey. Could someone give me a 101 tutorial on NHL. I would really appreciate it. Thank you for your time.

Hello Nathan,

I created some Youtube videos for tutorial purposes a few months back, covering the basics of hockey, as well as how to get around in FHM7. FHM8 shouldn't be so different than FHM7, so the information should still be pretty accurate for when FHM8 comes out tomorrow.

Feel free to take a look at the videos, and hopefully you will find them informative. I tried my best to keep it in laymen terms as much as possible.

Thank you so much. I really appreciate this and will look at these videos. Love the OOTP games so much that I thought I would try out the NHL game.

I'm returning to hockey after a really long time and really enjoy the game as a way to understand the league, players, and game. Just be prepared to do a lot of looking up terms and especially roles for players.

I am thinking of just get FHM 7 rather than 8. Are there big differences between 7 and 8 that should make me get 8?
