Tournament Frozen

Q-Silver-Live-RRF3-T8-ID5587 has been stuck on "Preparing" for 3(?) days now.

Either this is going to be one hell of a shindig of there's something wrong withthe servers. I could have been losing so many more tournaments if I could just free up that slot.

Anything I can do to fix this on my end?

Same with Q-Bronze-Defense-BO3-T8-ID7481. Been stuck for several days.
