Real Life Stats Wrong

Howdy,
This is not affecting anything but I noticed while I'm doing a historical Sim that when looking at some players real life stats they have the wrong teams associated to them.
I started in 1901 with original team rosters, draft from there on out.
I did however change the team names to their post 1904 names.

ex Nap Lajoie says he played with the Athletics then went to Detroit but he actually played for Cleveland.

The stats are linked by team id, so it's possible that when you changed the team names, if you didn't keep each franchise the same, the id's might have gotten mixed up.
