Can't Promote Minor League Staff to Bench Coach

Bench coach does not appear as an option for promotions for minor league coaches. I've tried on every coach I can find, just to make sure it wasn't an issue where they were not interested in the job. Upgraded to the most recent patch, still seeing the same behavior.

still an issue after latest patch. Trying to promote to coach positions at MLB level from minors gets weird. Example: Trying to promote AAA Hitting Coach to MLB slot; only options available are-Manager, Trainer(?), and Assistant GM. Same for Pitching Coaches.
