CBL3.0 Starting up!

Hey all, after 60+ seasons and 10+ years, CBL2.0 finally closed its doors. But I'm here to announce CBL3.0 has arrived! We've filled a bunch of spots already with the old crew, but currently have 3 available spots at startup! The following teams are open and available:

Karachi
Rangoon
Wuhan

-24 team league. Traditional 12 team "conferences" and 6 team "divisions"

-Teams then may be switched around into divisions if GMs decide they wan't to get a friend or rival in the same division.

-Fictional teams/players. GMs will be able to rename their teams.

-Additionally, GMs will have the option to rename 10 players on their team to start. Once we start doing amateur drafts, GMs will have the option to rename picks from the 1st 3 rounds. This is being done to try to get a mix of historical (if people want) and fictional. Any player edited this way will be name only!

-Teams will be selected by a draft before the league starts. It would probably go by CBL2.0 GMs first, followed by new recruits, and I'd take the last team. We've currently got everyone on board a team (except me, and waiting to hear from 1 prospective GM).

-4 levels (AAA, AA, A, R) along with an international complex

-The league will have full coaching staffs for each level

-Finances, using modern MLB rules

-No free agent compensation

-Trade rules. Picks are tradable up to 1 season in advance. I'll continue to keep track of them myself since I don't trust slack to not lose them behind a paywall. No trade committee or anything like that. Trades must be confirmed by both parties before they will be processed.
