Error Message on Startup

I have never had a problem with any version of OOTP before. Last night my computer seemed to have run some sort of update and everything seemed lost. I slept on it, came back today and things seemed like old times.

I am in the playoffs and was really scared I had lost my league, but I knew the data was all OK.

Tonight, when loading the game, I got the two following error messages:

TEMPLATES_ENGINE::load_template_file - cannot open template file boxscores_page.tpl

load_templates() - could not load template boxscores_page.tpl

Initially, the game loaded after clicking through them and looked normal. I proceeded to my playoff game, got into the 7th inning leading 5-4 in a must win game, and similar messages popped up and I could never recover and had to shut down the game. On restart, I got these two messages again.

Can I get some help correcting these errors, please? Thanks
