Still Looking for a Talent League to Join

Does ANYONE know of a talent-only league on the web? I dont care if there are availabilities. ANY talent-only league. Your help would be appreciated. thanks,

It's fictional, but the Commissioner puts in a tremendous amount of work and in the 2 seasons I've been involved he has not missed one sim. Fabulous league. Not much turn around, but end of the season is coming up so never know who will be back.
