Re-Visit Statistical Scouting Option

I think it might be fair to discuss opinions on this feature since it’s now been part of OOTP for a couple of versions now. This is the option to allow statistical performance to be incorporated into component scout grades.

Have people been using it? Do you have any observations hood or bad?

Here is an old thread discussing the feature when it was first introduced. Not much has been said about it since, so I thought it might be a good time to re-visit on a more current thread.

I for one am going to use it...I ran some tests, and don't really see any issues that pop out at me. It might be time to make this option default in the MLB setup.

tbh, i think using it would make ratings a lil more life-like. inaccuracy is one thing, but this brings in element of inconsistency. the ratings over time might not be as defined.. more of a guess with more ripples. i'm assuming it means in more than an asthetic way like just showing that period of time's stats, while everything else is still normal. if that's the case, i'm definitely turning it on.. doesn't mean much / not useful info but kinda cool.

if i want to win more games by making more-accurately informed choices, i do not like this setting, lol. Sure, we can eye-ball the middle of the fluctuation, but still becomes some bit art.
