Switching Roster Sets......

I originally downloaded Geforce Rosters and opened them in the Create file per the Read Me so they would work as the default whenever I created a league. They worked fine

I would like to switch to Rocco's rosters. If I open those rosters into the create file will they completely replace all components of the Geforce rosters? Is there any problems or risks doing it this way?

I don't want to introduce problems or get part of the files.....as an admitted computer novice (for those of you now laughing at this question) your help is appreciated.....alright already quit laughing!
