Trends in CPU-generated players - skewing over time

A bunch of guys - across multiple leagues - have noticed that the further into sims you go, the more players show up with this specific archetype:

HIGH Con/Gap/K
+
LOW Power/Eye

Is this something others have noticed? And more importantly, is this a bug, a feature, or just... nothing?

I'm also told that Movement seems to move downward, so the high-end of it trends toward 45-55 after 10 seasons as opposed to 65-80. But this isn't something I've seen myself.

I am seeing this in my online league. The draft pool is full of 60 contact, 60 gap, 25 power, 25 eye, 70 avoid-K guys.
