Perfect Team Won't Load

I am unable to launch my "Perfect Team", I understand the servers for simulation have been shut down, but on that announcement it stated, that access to the cards and auctions are still available.

I have tried on different machines, installed, re-installed nothing seems to work.

Any ideas?
