Expansion teams?

Sorry if this is asked/answered somewhere else or I just can’t find the option. Are we able to start as an expansion team GM on Go or are there only expansion teams on PC?

If starting a save in historical on an expansion season the roster will already be filled

Thank you, amazingly there isn’t a lot missing from the PC version in this brilliant port but I wasn’t sure if I missed something.

Expansion draft is only in for official historical expansion
