Historical records/stats in associations

I have fictional leagues in 4 different regions of the world, each without playoffs and crown a regular season champion. I have the top 2 in each region go into an association playoff, Champions League type tournament to decide a world champion. But I dont know where to go if anywhere to get historical records for each club or stats for individual players in the Champions League. I can only see who beat who in the World Series finals.

Is there a way to see records and stats from this association anywhere?

if you want to run it like a league with stats then you probably want to use tournaments instead of associations

I'm not aware of anywhere you can see stats at the association level either, which is an opportunity for OOTP to improve. I'd like to see OOTP handle historic leagues better. The Union Association, National League, Federal League, etc. all crowned their own champions, but their record books are now combined as one "MLB" book. OOTP can't handle this currently, but expanding associations could be an answer.
