25,000 points and can't improve my team

I am in a Gold league and there isn't a single card up for auction that will help my team nor are there cards available at a realistic price to complete missions. I am not spending 10,000 points for a Silver card so I can get 2 standard packs.

22 has been a real disappointment.

It’s not 22. It’s the insane level of greed. Maybe you have an off week because of it…bfd. You aren’t going to change them. Not…gonna…happen. It’s definitely an accelerating issue, I’ll grant you. It’s not the game’s fault, it’s selfish people.

Agreed. 20 and 21 kept me engaged through the fall and winter. I'm already losing interest in 22. People being greedy doesn't help but really has nothing to do with it. The game is poorly structured.

Strong disagree, the missions are terribly constituted this season. They need to double or triple the amount of achievable missions and cut by 75% the missions to build a perfect card. Total waste of resources.

Strongly disagree. Missions are far better organized than last year. If you complete the BAL set, you will have also completed 2/3rds of the forthcoming Franchise Heroes missions. (That's what Kris said on the first BAL stream). They also have massively increased the pack rewards for winning quick tournaments to help you complete the missions.

Missions are way better than last year! I was honestly worried that they made it too easy to get perfect cards with the build a legend missions.

+1. Not into it this year either.

Sitting on 160k PP, and there's nobody worth buying in the auction house, and the Build a player missions are a joke unless you're spending major cash.

Was totally into it last year, but this year it's a snooze fest for me personally.

I'm sitting on a similar amount and I agree there is nothing worth buying that could possibly improve my 1st season gold team. I've acquired all the cheap historic silver and gold cards and have even started to buy duplicates of same in anticipation of Franchise Heroes mission 1. Spamming tournaments earns packs that help me fill in BAL slowly, but surely, with owning more than 1/2 of gold and silver cards of the 90 of each needed. If I can earn 100 Spks from tournaments and 25-30 from twitch drops each week that's over 6000 packs by next March. Yes, it is about as exciting as watching a light summer rain water your garden.

Its not missions that are the issue, its the card structure that is the issue. SDS does it perfect on MLB The Show. You don't need the latest and greatest META card to compete in MLB The Show but for god sakes, you cant use a 100 Hack Wilson in diamond level because he wont play! So, the greed on the cards become insane because you need that Meta playing card to be able to compete.

This game is starting to feel more like Madden MUT where almost all the newest released 100 cards are the ones you need to play and then when it comes to mission, when people find a card that's part of a mission, they automatically think its worth 13,000,000 PP! I mean Silvers that are still sitting at 10k-15k for BAL missions? I mean come on people!
