league totals

My suggestion, which hopefully has not been discussed thoroughly already:

The way you currently adjust league offense levels is a bit cumbersome, and certainly not intuitive. While I don't mind lowering the HR total to increase HRs, running many test seasons can be a pain. To make this somewhat easier, I propose that the numbers in that table are replaced with the actual league totals you desire (the ratios being the important thing of course). It should improve things a moderate amount for a fictional league, and make things quite a bit easier for a historical league.

I don't think this would be difficult to code in, it would just do the extra math step in the software instead of my calculator.
