(Suggestion) Interview process for a job

So this feature takes place after choosing an initial team during the new game setup.

So if you either get fired or resign from your current team, when seeking a new job either as a manager or GM, there should be an interview process based on questions from the new team owner of the team that you are applying to. The owner will take into account the questions you answered + your track record. I feel like adding this will add more realism for the game.

It shouldn't be as easy as clicking on "Apply as GM or manager" to control a new team. When clicking on that button, you should get a notification stating that the new team has received your application and that they will be in touch forcing you to wait a couple of days. Make it an actual job hunt that you have to really earn.

I compare OOTP to Football Manager because both games are my absolute favorite games to play on any given day on the PC, I am always comparing the two games because they are both very realistic on a management spectrum and both very customizable. Football Manager has a good interview process when applying to a new club, I'd like to see something similar in OOTP.
