Multiple PT Acounts

My apologies if this is a stupid question... I've seen many people talk about having multiple or alternate accounts for Perfect Team. I believe the limit per game license is three? My question simply is this: If you can't trade cards between accounts, well... what's the point of having more than one PT account?

Or, simply, three times the game for those who have the time and inclination. I've run two in the last couple of years but one is sufficient now.

It's my understanding you can have unlimited teams with OOTP Go and for free, although I can't see playing the entire game on a phone. That is why 1000+ new teams start each week whereas before GO, only a few hundred new teams joined. Some people like to do speed runs through the lower levels by doing the live missions every week with a new team to see if they can win a championship at every level (through gold anyway). My best attempt won 5 out of 6 missing silver, but now flips back and forth between diamond and gold.

I have two teams, my main team and one that is free-to-play. My only regret is tying my Twitch drops to the main team.

I had fun doing that with my three 'regular' teams starting when the first LIVE update was made. Now it sounds like even that minimum level of fun has been stripped out of the game.

I'm at the point where I only use OOTP GO to register for tournaments while I wait around for points to accumulate so I can afford to pickup the Diamond cards I need to complete a BoL perfect card. Not much fun in that.

As of now, I seriously doubt I'll play PT next year. It simply has not been worth the time invested after the initial 4 seasons.
