Kazmir/Fernandez BAL Rarest Cards in the Game?

Has anybody even seen a Kazmir or Tony Fernandez silver BAL hit the auction house lately? I've been chasing them for days, and nothing. It's one thing for a silver BAL to be priced high because they're not available in packs, it's quite another for them to not be available on the auction house at all.

Who would have thought silver cards for two players who, in real life baseball weren't all that great, would be so rare?

Why would you expect anyone to sell at the SILVER level?

I would bet about 99.99% of BAL silvers were locked to complete the BAL silver lock at this point which is why you are finding them so rare. Assuming you for some reason sold your original BAL silver you're going to probably have to look for quite a while to find someone else selling it. If you haven't, just start with the bronze...

Can you do the missions a second time? I think he is stuck unless he can find a Silver to buy.

Nope. I agree, if he sold his BAL silver he is probably going to have a really rough time finding a BAL silver of those cards.

They did warn people about a million times those cards would be used in future missions.

If he wants to complete the BAL, he might need a second account and start over. Knowing how the collection works, these cards won’t be in the auction house.

You might just have to put it down to experience. You could see them for sale when the only chain was the original BaL missions and, I guess, players just didn't want to chase that player further. Now each of those is needed for the next mission, and the next one that eventually leads to a player they probably DO want. So the cards get kept and locked down almost universally and, unlike anything that might drop in a pack, with little chance of duplicates floating around. I say 'little' rather than 'none' only because, theoretically, somebody might have bought the card and then subsequently also completed the mission that delivers it.

Did you find these cards yet? I’d be willing to create and sell them since I don’t have interest in keeping them.
