NOTE: You have to hire a scout due to re-rates i had to turn scouting off. it should be set to on now. make sure you go through all your settings before starting.

What does this include?

- Some MLB re-rates for severely underrated players example cedric mullins..
- over 250 top Prospects re-rated with mlb.com 20/80 grading scale.. Top 10 prospects like Torkelson and Rodriguez get some love...
- 100 2022 mlb draft prospects rerated with mlb.com 20/80 grading scale.
- over 30 2023+ prospects rerated with scouting reports.
- Some trades that weren't complete with the opening day rosters have been completed ex. odor to the yankees.

How to upload this roster into your files.
- locate your OOTP file in your pc. not the file in my documents. it should be for example if you got this game from steam > SteamLibrary>steamapps>common>Out of the Park Baseball 22
-once in this file open the folder data-then open the folder Quick start games.
-Import simulation baseball folder into the quick start games folder.
- To load it in game go to new quick start game
- from the drop down select quick start game you will select simulation baseball..

MLB is the only thing i updated yeah.. I added the big others to the quick start just incase people wanted them.

unfortunately it has to be a new save started as a quick start to use it. they don't have the best roster editing tools as far as being able to implement them from the get go.
