2021 Draft List File For Live Start - Page 2

You can run a regular game, and when you get to the draft, there should be a button to import the actual draft results if you want.

I was looking at the import/export function and the format of the exported files are different than the file you posted.

I haven't yet tried importing your file but since they are different formats, my guess is that your file's format would not work for importing prior to the draft.

Any thoughts?

Ah, sorry, it looks like that was a special function that we added for last year. We'll look to see if there's another way around that this year for importing, and that will have to come in the next update.

I know it’s probably too early to tell but do you think patch will come before or after the trade deadline? Looking to get those players not in the database added but it took me forever lol.

Hard to say.

If I absolutely had to guess, I'd say will probably be right around it, either just before or just after (though please don't hold me to that, it's just an educated guess

).

When I try loading this into a normal start (non-live start), I get a "draft file empty" error. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

I have it copied to both my data folder and to the import_export folder of the league.

Yeah, this actually will not work in a non-Live start for now. Sorry for the confusion

All draftees say retired on my Mac. My whole MLB roster was also gone except injured list players went to active roster. No injuries in league at all. Any ideas how to fix?

Nevermind. Fixed it by not using the setup wizard.

I replied on your Comerica park thread in the bug section. However, it's worth noting it's totally different parts of the dev team that are replying here and would have to take care of the in-game stuff you mention, and the replies/fixes there are going to be slower at the moment.

Baseball America has him as not signing, which is what confused me

Actually, looks like Niko Kavadas signed as well, so here's yet another updated file.

I'll go through tomorrow and double check the rest of the guys listed as not signing since it looks like Baseball America missed a few.
