HSBL (Historical 1995 /w Historical Minors)

The HSBL has moved to OOTP22 and currently has 7 openings. Please click here for league info. This is a Historical League using the Historical Minors option, Storylines, Team Chemistry, Coaching and Scouting set to High. We utilize the OOTP Development Engine with a PTR of 150 and NO RECALC. This league started in 1969 and has run for over 4 real years, It is the 2nd incarnation of the HSBL. The first had to be rebooted due to issues with Spritze Database after 4 real years.
We are Currently heading into the offseason starts, game date is Nov 2, 1995

Super league--been here for 16 seasons. We're just entering "modern" times (mid 90s) so drafts have plenty of highly talented players you watched growing up...if you're around my age, anyway!
