Yep, aside from cheating people can sell PP through those types of listing. Used to happen in ultimate team all the time and was also full of scammers. I've got 500K extra PP, send me $200 then list your iron card for 500K and ill buy it.

I’m having a hard time visualizing how they earn PP at 3x. Isn’t it still their PP they’re using for cards? That’s where the disconnect is for me. (Unless they’re doing PT, earning points/selling cards and then funneling that to a main account. If that were the case, then I’ve got it.)

(I’m more of “I have to see it to get it” guy for the most part. This is kind of abstract to me, so I apologize if I’ve just got it all wrong. Regardless, it shouldn’t happen, and the action taken was appropriate.)

The actual TOS are hard to find, but they are in the game:
Main > OOTP Settings > Troubleshooting > Show License information

Within the TOS:
...you agree that you will not...trade wins or Perfect Points, "feed" wins or Perfect Points from one account to another via the action house...

The OP cheated.

Giving the account back would be like how they allow shoplifting in California. There would be rules with no consequences so look how many do it now. They drive up in cars to haul away the loot.

While the exact TOS are somewhat hard to find, it's also not obvious that you can create multiple accounts. (I didn't figure that out for like 6 months.) I'm certain that those who have discovered multiple accounts are likewise informed enough to know that they're not allowed to manipulate the auction house with those accounts.

And it's a real problem if it's not dealt with severely. It's easy to generate 500k in pp in new f2p accounts over just 2-3 weeks, but it gets a lot harder after that. If points were transferrable like that, people would just buy $20 copies of the game to pop out 1.5m pp every 3 weeks, which undermines the economics of the game.

I'm glad that the additional accounts are avialable to us and the mods are doing what they need to keep that feature in place without breaking the game.

Since only one can win, I don't think it's an issue. And the RARE event where your two teams win 1st and 2nd place isn't common enough to worry about.

If you mean the OP, yes. If he uses a new email there's no way the OOTP team could know it was him....unless....they somehow capture the PC mac address. That's technically possible but not sure OOTP does it.
