Ghost Players is Broken

Have a league with very few minor leaguers as the league just started. Have allow incomplete rosters on (ghost Players)

AAA rotation has two players in it. 5 games into the season:

Game 1: Starter 1
Game 2: Starter 2
Game 3: MR
Game 4: Starter 1
Game 5: Starter 2

What are your rotation settings? Strict or Start Highest Rested?

Start highest rest. But that shouldn't matter. Joe Nobody should be starting the other 3 days
