Live Start: No International Amateur FA loading

I've loaded up a live start (today's date, 3rd July) in OOTP and despite the date for the announcement for International Amateur FA's passing none are in the game? Is this a Live Start mechanic and if not is it possible to generate a pool in Commish Mode?

I think unfortunately it just misses the current year if you pass it. Im wondering if it will do the same for the amateur draft?

The live start has real draftees. It may take a little time after the draft to properly update and handle that, but it should work.

We do not, unfortunately, have the international class, so yes, a live start happening now or later will skip that signing period.

As someone who uses live start quite a bit, you all have really improved it this year. Everything has been really up to date.
