7 players on Twins!?

Started playing 1977 league as NYY team. Things going well, tho batting averages were exceptionally high - multiple players hitting .400 in seasons.
I played each season till 1986 and got to spring training pre-season games when game won't continue because Twins have only 7/60 on spring roster?
They are computer run team, as NYY are only human owned team.

Check to see if you have the disable option checked in amateur draft.

There has never been any players in draft.

So I checked and many teams have minimal rosters.
Is this cos of disabled draft, or a bug

The setting I mentioned is in advanced settings.

thats where I went - but it's pretty much league wide situation, just happened prior seasons were all good, a shortage of FAs by season end, but otherwise - no new talent incoming.
