Bought one yesterday once I saw it was there, hoping to beat any market saturation. Got a live Bieber and 5 crap cards so basically a 50k loss. Not to say that it's necessarily a bad thing, but 50-55k is a lot to risk for a good historical perfect. I sold a Bid McPhee earlier in the year for about 60k, so even that wouldn't have covered the pack investment.
Overall, it's more like a diamond pack than a silver - harder to justify but still fun. I think the price would be better at around 50-60k since the base payoff would then be about 1/3 like it is in gold and diamond packs (almost). |

Way too many points to risk.

Not enough perfects in packs worth 75k to make it worth the risk. They are the worst buy of any pack imo.

Dunno. I'd go for seven historic packs, I think. Not sure I could face selling off 75 packs worth of largely Live duplicates. Life is too short.

Can probably buy a couple of decent perfect in the AH for 75K.
The odds of pulling a Perfect worth more than 75k is slim. Most higher priced cards are from collections.

Opened 2 Perfect Packs:
1) Chet Lemon AllTimeLegend-Peak (L10 62,755) 2) Jacob deGrom 2021 MLB Live (L10 25,186) So...mixed bag. Probably better to use those PP in otherways. |

Pulled a Roy Campanella worth 180k. Felt lucky so I got another and pulled Acuna.

What would make the perfect packs worth it is if you had a chance to pull tournament reward cards. That would suck some serious PP out of the economy and money out of wallets.
