76 Replay- OOTP gets all 4 division winners right!

Always impressive when you're doing a replay (mostly autoplay except for a handful of games I managed) and a game gets it this right. Granted, the Reds broke an MLB record with 122 wins but still. Yanks, Royals, Phillies, Reds head to the playoffs!

Mindblanking - thanks for sharing! That Reds Team was amazing. Baseball in the '70's, for some reason I always loved that time.

I always forget 1976 was the Reggie in Baltimore year. An interesting replay would be Don Baylor staying in Baltimore. But with the introduction of Free Agency, or should I say Re-Entry Draft (?), 1977 ushered in a whole new world for every team, didn't it?

So...who won the World Series in your League?

Yanks swept the Royals in the ALCS. In the NLCS, the Phillies shocked the world taking game 1 in Cincy and racking up 20 hits and 13 runs. Game 2 went to the Reds. Heading to Philly, the home team won game 3. Then, in game 4, the Phillies took an early 3-0 lead before Concepcion tied it up with a 3 run homer in 6th. Game tied, bottom of the ninth, two outs bases loaded, Dick Allen smacks a base hit to center driving in the winning run. Phils take the series 3-1!

I've only played the first two games of the WS with the Phillies taking both at home to go up 2-0. We'll see...
