Yes, these are not available in Go for now. In the future we will add more features, and those will be among them at some point.

In the desktop version this basically gives you complete control over every team if you want it. Create and edit players, force trades, edit financials, etc.

I hope at least a simple editor for the player ratings will be added soon.

Do you think commissioner mode can be added before launch day? If not that's fine. The game is incredible. For me, that feature is very essential to the OOTP play.

Those are exactly the same features I'd like to see in the game. I don't know how difficult they would be to add, but I'm hoping for the best.

I must admit the game is great as is. Looks and feels very close to the desktop version, which I rarely have time to fire up these days.

I miss being able to micromanage my own little baseball world, but I'm learning to play a bit differently for now.

That won't happen. We have decided against a fuilly-fledged commish mode in OOTP Go.

Boo! This was the only feature needed on MLB Manager. Not clear on why this was decided not to add? It eliminates the, it your game to play the way you prefer.

OUCH! That may be a deal breaker for me. Forcing trades in Commish Mode is how I integrate real-life transactions into the game, and undo silly AI trades that would NEVER happen in real life.


May just stick with PC version at this point.

Don’t have the app yet, but with the player editor maybe you can simply more the players that way rather than forcing a trade?
