Help-just accidentally sold most of my whole team!!!

Hi, I'm in Diamond, reached the card limit. I was trying to sell cards and discovered that the upper left selects the whole screen. I thought this was easier than clicking 15x6 = 90 cards to open 15 new packs.

It about 6000 cards all at once. I have a filter so the list was all of my cards in missions, unlocked cards only.. Is there anyway to restore my team? I sold about 5800 cards!!!! I didn't want to do this. I'm sure the "value" was much greater. Granted, this is an easier method and I really did not need 13 Ohtanis, but still.. I had many cards to flip for the newer missions.

I did net 250k PP and pulled a Trout, so it isn't horrible.. Also, I got lucky as this was the cards in missions only so my perfects, locked cards to get BALs, and cards not yet in missions are safe. but in my opinion, this shouldn't be an option.

Any restore options?

Suggestion- Besides not being stupid like me, there should be some method to prevent batch sales of this size. I saw the pop-up but I've gotten that popup so often, I didn't see it. There should be some other method.. Also clicking upper left should be for the current screen only, not all of your cards!!

Did you pull the trout using the 250k PP?!?! If you wanted the cards back, you shouldn’t have spent the PP you got for selling them, or else they’d just be giving you an extremely unfair advantage
