A couple different repetitive crashes

Okay I’m using an iPhone 10x plus.

First one that’s nonstop is when on the trade screen. It will nonstop crash If you click a prospect and go to his ratings and then back out. That will cause a crash almost every time. I did seem to notice it was way more frequent when you had multiple people in the screen up for trade.

Second and more concerning was let’s say your in an actual game where your playing it play by play. You leave it let’s say at any inning and the game comes off your main screen. Like if you leave your phone idle on the table and your screen goes dark. Well now when I unlock my screen and go back into the game it shows as if I didn’t start the game. So I go to play that same game again and it crashes. I’ve closed out the game completely, and restarted my phone. I also tried to just sim and complete the day.

No matter what I do it seems the saved franchise is stuck with no way around it. I’m hoping there is a fix to this.

Other then that I was loving the game so far.

Are you able to take a video/screen recording of the first crash? I can't seem to reproduce it

For the second crash, it's definitely on our radar

Not sure I can figure that out. What I noticed is it’s always involving when your specifically looking at prospects. Click a prospect you haven’t added to the trade screen yet, when you open him up switch the tab to the ratings of the player. Then back out of it and it should crash.

If it does it, you can load up the game and go specifically right back and do it again same sequence, it will crash every time when it comes to what just made it crash.

So what I do is select the prospects list on the trade page. Then tap on one of the prospects. Go to the ratings tab. Tap the back button (in the top right).
However it does not crash. Are there any other steps you do that I may have missed?

I have usually like 3 players on each side or around those numbers already selected in the trade. I’m usually just searching for any last minute mr’s or closers to throw in the deal. If I select some young prospect usually just to look at then switch to the ratings screen and hit back right away it crashes. I can then go back in the game, go right back to the trade screen with that team, because I always save it before I do this because of past experience. I can literally go look at the same guy I just did, hit ratings, then back and bam it will crash again.

We got a fix for next patch, which should be pretty soon. I was also able to salvage some test games in which I reproduced this by playing with simming to dates and simming past the broken game.
When the next patch is out please give it a try

Thank you greatly for that. It’s much appreciated. I’ve been watching for this game and checked on it almost weekly. So excited for this game, I didn’t want it hindered.

Alright, we've also fixed that first crash while trading, will be fixed in the upcoming patch

In terms of the second crash, please note that the stuck games may still not be recoverable. The problem occurred when you had left the game, and the crashes are just a symptom of the state that it put the game in. The fix will prevent the root issue from happening again. You may still be able to salvage the stuck games by simming past the date or trying to skip it (I was able to recover some of my test games), but it's not guaranteed.

Okay it is what it is. Thank you very much.m for the info. If I got this app through the Canadian App Store, when it comes out in the US can I just switch back to that AppStore account and it’s the same app. Or do I have st start a league all over again.

I'm pretty sure that you will be able to switch back without any problem

So far no go on any of my leagues started. All continue with the crash.

Are these the old games that already had the problem, or are these new games you created? If they are new games, can you please describe the steps to reproduce again

All prior to patch leagues. Just sucks that out of three of them all of them seem over with for sure. I figured with your findings that at least one would be able to be salvaged.

I'm sorry you weren't able to salvage them.
Maybe try
1) create a new game
2) exit to home screen during a pregame setup (which was what was fixed)
3) open the app back up
4) exit to main menu
5) load one of the old problematic games
6) sim past the date
