Bench when fatigue not working corretcly?

I have mine set at 60 for each starter and I noticed my catcher was down to 4%. Why would that be? How much fatigue would happen after one game? I wasn't watching every game. I can't think he'd be at 61 then fall all the way to 4 in one game. It would have to have been below 60 at some point and then it should have benched him right?

I don't know if 60 is best or higher/lower/depends on the player etc. but that's my baseline for now.

Also as a time saver it would be nice if that could be a part of the global strategy - bench default %.

Catchers who start at 60% will sometimes go to zero. Catcher is a demanding position.

Yeah my Yogi Berra, who is starting at catcher is on pace for only 110 games and I don't even have a fatigue limit on him. My backup is set for If starter is tired.

Yes, in one game. Why is it so hard to believe? If a lot of stolen bases are attempted your catcher is going to tire very fast.

That could be an interesting strategy, run so much their catcher gets tired quickly then steal more bases later.

Because of real life catchers I guess.

Most of that stuff don't work properly. Especiallly starting pitchers & where you put how many days to rest a starter and start the reserve. If you don't stay on top and follow every team through every league stuff gets jumbles up. I set me catchers both against righties and against lefites for 3 days, but will come back later and 1 will be burnt out red tired

PT is a card collecting game with a simulation tacked on. If a PT catcher tires too easily for your taste, just remember it won't ever get injured and will be good for 100+ seasons, if you so desire.

Yes, it's a card sim based upon players with skills, position play, handedness, height, etc - all real things. My question was why a certain thing happens. I was just hoping for an answer / discussion, not bitter pushback. Thanks to the others who have responded though.
