Maybe Arm doesn't translate to Arm strength in OOTP?. Im fairly new to the game I am attempting to Build an MLB the Show roster with OOTP ratings as best I can and would appreciate any help.. I am looking for 100% accurate ratings and have turned on Commisioner mode and am uding the 0-100 scale.. Is there anything else I should do?

Also, heres how I translated the ratings from one game to another and would really appreciate any help..

-Contact Right and Contact Left are the same
-Power Right and Power Left are the same
-Avoid K's in OOTP= Plate Vision in MLB the Show
-"Eye" in OOTP = Discipline in MLB the Show
-Gap in OOTP= "Clutch" in the Show ( I know doesn't make any sense)
-Bunting= same
Bunt for a hit in OOTP= Drag bunting in the Show
Speed= Same in both

Fielding is where I'm not sure.. Here's how I have it

Arm in OOtp= Arm Strength in MLB the Show
Errors in OOTP= Arm Accuracy in the Show ( I'm not sure what to do here?)
Position rating in OOTP= Fielding in MLB the show ( again I'm not sure if Fielding should be errors or position ratings?) Fielding in the Show can be translated to "glove skill" not sure which rating is glove skill in OOTP
Range in OOTP= Reaction in MLB the Show)
Stealing=Same
Baserunning in OOTP= BR aggression in the Show

For Catchers:
Catcher Arm in OOTP= Arm strength in MLB the Show
Catcher Ability in OOTP= Arm Accuracy, Blocking and Reaction inthe Show
Position Rating in OOTP= (Fielding) in the Show?

Any input would help

i always thought GAP was more doubles & triples no Clutch. i dont think there is a true Clutch rating in OOTP.

Those are great for hitters. But how do you do pitchers?
