Phantom tourneys for roster building

Just a thought. Lots of players, especially newer ones, are struggling with tournament roster building. I'm sure there are plans for changes to how tourneys are managed in the future, but it seems like it needs to be made a bit easier, like, now. So how about adding a large capacity tourney (in the formats that need it) with no start time? Then folks could build at their leisure!

I'm all for bouncing around ideas.

I think it'd be cool if my Perfect Team were more like Perfect Organization. Sort of like a MLB club and its minors affiliates. So I can set up different teams each with their own names and ballparks. And I can use one team for Bronze tourneys, another for Silver, etc. Whenever you sign up for a tourney, it just asks you which team you want to use.

I'm not sure if I'd be up for that or not, but I will say that is a very interesting idea.
