Schedule request 32 team 32 teams

I’m after a 32 team 32 game schedule

2 sub leagues 4 divisions of 4 teams
Similar to NFL style schedule play your division teams 3 times
The 12 other teams in the league once
And 8 teams from the other sub league
1 game per week either on a Friday Saturday or Sunday.

If it can be done much appreciated

To get to 32 games you'd need to play each division opponent 4 times, not 3, because you don't play yourself.
