Manager Question

Is there a way to see how a Manager might play someone you are thinking of signing or trading for before you pull the trigger? So if you want to see what position or where in the lineup your manager might place him, is there a way to see prior to signing?

Yeah, by looking at the players ratings. The manager will play them at their highest rated position, which is usually the position they are set at. If you are signing or trading for a CF and wanting them to play at LF, you will have to actually change that players position or go under player strategy and force them to play at a different position. The only thing the manager will do is setup the batting order using the players set position. But honestly, you should be in control of your lineups and if you want to ask your managers opinion, you can actually do that under actions in lineups and you can ask him for the pitching staff.
