Any Way To Disable Pack Opening SPOTLIGHTS

As the title suggests.

The game is almost 100% unplayable for me at this point. I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I wish to open packs.

Even with every single bell and whistle turned off graphically to reduce my hit, after one round of opening packs it takes 10-20 seconds for packs to open, display, and for the customary screenshot to be taken and set back to the server.

The 3d ballpark graphic and the incessant spotlights moving around taxes my system for some reason. I like to open packs quickly. I have been able up until some of the last revision updates.

Help please. About to give up after investing over a grand in fastspring purchases. Oh and this happens even if I turn the 3D off and only open packs in the text pop up screen. So I am not convinced the graphics are the problem but I figure it's worth a shot in my debugging efforts.

Really sorry that's happening!

Have you tried updating your system's video card drivers? In cases like this, that's generally the first thing we'd suggest.

If that doesn't work, please do let us know.

I also let the support folks know about your issues, so if you still have trouble after that, someone will be in touch so we can try to work through more troubleshooting with you directly as well.
