Graphics Collection from CD's Ultra-Fine House of Style

jg2977, you'll probably need someone else to make you logos for the New Yerby Mets, because I unfortunately am not yet able to do original logos for teams here, it seems. Just so you know.

The font used for all the New Yerby Mets items that I have done so far is Trade Winds, by the way. And the basic color codes used are primarily 0084ff (0, 132, 255), dad8dd (218, 216, 221), 693c5e (105, 60, 94), 0032a0 (0, 50, 160), and fc4c02 (252, 76, 2), if memory serves me correctly enough here. Boston Red Sox uniforms so far in my style, in the absence of appropriate wordmarks and team-related elements colored in the needed colors and all. Although I think two of them are using the normal standard Red Sox font, if I'm not too mistaken here. That is all. CD out.

Of course, I'll probably have to make caps for every team above, plus any of the teams that I haven't yet done any for of the first dozen MLB teams seen earlier in this thread related to this color-swapping/color-mixing idea here.

Will write more later, I'm sure. But please do feel quite free to give your thoughts within fair and just reason here about the alternate looks I've already provided here for certain MLB teams, if and when you like and can. Thank you. CD out.

I like the look of the Houston Astros. To me it looks sharp and clean, not too busy and overwhelming.

Here's a map of Kaldiski Island for Eudagero as it stands so far, from my working on it over time. I really could use at least some help making a suitably good physical map for this island from others on these forums, I'm quite sure. If anyone would like to try and help out somehow in that regard here, then I think we can let you create a player for any of my EBF-related leagues, if you want to, in return.

This player or these players which you could create could then perhaps come from certain places on a list of various Eudachan or Gerofon cities I will share with you all later in another file, for sure. If you have any questions about what I would like to see on that kind of map, please feel free to ask, within reason, of course, folks. That is all. CD out.

The Houston Astros are closest to my taste, but I wouldn't use it in one of my leagues, if I played MLB teams... I would prefer it to be in Houston's real colors... don't care for the others... too extreme for me, especially the Heritage Jerseys.

You need to make your graphics more mass appeal, if you want others to use them.

Sorry... I hate to rain on your parade, but you want me to be honest with you.

Why don't you use the official MLB teams' colors for each team?
Just my opinion, but I think they would appeal to more people that way.

I think you are making progress... your recent MLB graphics are far better than your earlier works.

I think you overuse Stripes and lower case letters.

I think you could choose better fonts that are more traditional in the styles used by MLB teams.

You could improve on your contrast between the letters and jersey colors.

Just at a quick glance, Forest City and A's Blue Jersey could use better contrast on Letters... the New York Mets are way too much stripes.

Thank you for your input. As far as colors for these MLB-inspired uniforms and/or caps, I'm trying to use at least one real color they use, plus at least one or two other colors from current and/or past Big Four pro teams from the same place or general area, EC. For Houston, am using Astros, Oilers, and Rockets colors, at least, for example, after going to trucolors.net in order to get the needed codes as best as I can. CD out.

When you say the Mets in my style so far may have too many stripes, do you mean the sleeve stripes or the pinstripes? And do you mean the New Yerby or New York Mets, when you say the Mets? Please advise, EC. Thank you. CD out.

I'll see if I can't improve the Athletics blue uniform and the Forest City uniform for the Indians, as time permits and all, as well. I don't know yet exactly how I'm going to do the Texas Rangers, yet, if I haven't already, but I'll probably use Rangers, Cowboys, and Mavericks colors, at least, for them, I think.

Diamondbacks will probably be in Diamondbacks, Suns, and Coyotes colors, somehow, more or less. Although I'm not sure just how I'll do them as well. It may be hard to match their fonts, or find similar enough fonts to use if I don't have them already, but I'll still see what I can do for them, I'm sure, if and when possible.

Both of them have too much stripes for my taste... If jg2977 like them, that is fine... you made them for him.

Of the New Yerby Mets and New York Mets, the New York set is a little better in contrast... too often on your graphics, the team name and nickname get lost in the stripes, dark colors and dark shading.
