My league is currently in it's second season, 2004. We obviously started 2003. We used the 2002 stats from TotalMinors. I downloaded the file early/mid July, don't know what edition it is but oh well. Eyre and Rhodes I signed as free agents and I offered atleast a 1 million to 2 million more than any one else, which is why they are on my team. Foppert I traded for late in the offseason of 2003/2004 (actually 2004/2005 season). You can see who I traded. And all the spects that I acquired, you can see who I traded and you can also see their player development. I hope you all don't feel I cheated, but whatever your opinion is, well, your opinion.
You wouldnt happen to use BOSI would you? If not, do you have a league file from before and after you acquired these players? If you do, contact me, and I'll load em up on the Central server and people can see how they developed for themselves. That would put this argument to rest once and for all .. if it ever got started in the first place Jury is still out on that one.

It would appear the only cheater around here is the mfitterer and his antics never seem to stop. Now he is trying to bring down the good name of an innocent bystander who merely rejected the mfitterer's cheating in another league.

Will the madness never end?!?!?

I think that he should do what commish joe said to do, if I had known you could do that when i was accused I would have given him the 2 files to cloear my name.

And dont you think you would maybe be inclined to bump a player up that you knew would be a FA if you knew the team couldnt resign him, and wouldnt you try and do that to make it look like you didnt edit the ratings, because "they were good last year as well".

Just a hunch but these guys never should have been rated that high, and when I looked in his player development, it constantly had guys with the high ratings dropping down from where they were a little bit, not much but a little, showing that he bumped the ratings and they were slowly coming down becuse they werent bumped in the talent area.

To my recollection, when somebody's rating goes down, it's only the talent rating. So when you look in player development, atleast any time I ever did. It wouldn't say Joe Schmo went down from 4 to 3. Your arguement has nothing to it...you should stop while you aren't ahead.

BOSI reports rating changes as well as talent changes.

No I'm just trying to alert people he is a cheater, I'm not gonna show him benefit of the doubt when I wasnt shown benefit of the doubt. I truely believe that he is cheating off his ass, unusual that Boston in a 2nd year league should have that high of a farm system. Thats just messed up.

Yeah unusual for your leagues where you have all the good prospects, right? How is starting a thread about him cheating giving him the benefit of the doubt? Moron

At the risk of Truthserum calling me an "elitist" again, I think mfitterer is pretty close to the point where his posting privileges are being abused.

You're not the first person I've heard this opinion from. Just the first one to voice it publically

I thought it was a communal shared thought that didn't need voicing...

Maybe everything would be fine at first but it wouldn't take long for you to engage in your trademark foolishness and you would be exposed. Changing your username doesn't seem like it will do any good.

First of all, it takes one to know one.

Second of all, Fitterer, nobody is ever going to give you a second chance. You never owned up to your own cheating. Go away.

He said they are using the TotalMinor's, and it might just be me, but I remember Rhodes and Eyre being that good on that particular roster set. In other words, no, I doubt he is cheating.
