This one I had never seen before. A bunt turns into a high bouncing super ball on pavement that the pitcher chases down in deep center field and throws out the runner at 2nd who was mesmerized by the unique action of the ball i guess. This was in Comerica Park.

Using the default minor league stadium. Drive off the RF wall, the RF runs to center field, the ball bounces three times, higher each time, before getting to the RF. He then throws it to the 2B in shallow right field. The 2B relays it to the C, but too late to prevent an IPHR.

I see nearly all of my 3D complaints already listed here.

The ones that bother me most are the SS or 1B running 2/3's of the way to the catcher to catch a "relay throw" from corner OF's (I was taught in little league and high school baseball that the SS and 2B were to stay in the "sandbox" and off the grass when making relay throws to reduce distance and improve accuracy on throws home or cut off throws to nab secondary runners advancing bases). The other infield problem I see is SEVERAL times the SS/2B does NOT cover second base on a ball to the CF area. Whichever side of second base the ball is hit, the other infielder covers the base while the primary (ball hit to that side) infielder goes out to short field to get the throw in from the CF.

On my wish list is also WHY does every OF throw, with third base occupied, get thrown home - 70%+ of those throws are futile, and you allow the secondary baserunner (batter) to advance to second on the throw, in REAL MLB games you see the cutoff man get hit instead to keep the secondary runner from advancing. Can we have a choice (especially when we sim games as GM only) that unless I have a 90+ arm OF rating the throw in will default to the cutoff man???

Another weird play in right field resulting in an IPHR. Ball lands on the warning track, the RF runs in toward the infield. The ball bounces off the wall, bouncing three times, higher each time, before it gets to the RF who throws to the 2B who's in medium RF. He relays it too late to home.

The ones that bother me most are the SS or 1B running 2/3's of the way to the catcher to catch a "relay throw" from corner OF's (I was taught in little league and high school baseball that the SS and 2B were to stay in the "sandbox" and off the grass when making relay throws to reduce distance and improve accuracy on throws home or cut off throws to nab secondary runners advancing bases). The other infield problem I see is SEVERAL times the SS/2B does NOT cover second base on a ball to the CF area. Whichever side of second base the ball is hit, the other infielder covers the base while the primary (ball hit to that side) infielder goes out to short field to get the throw in from the CF. On my wish list is also WHY does every OF throw, with third base occupied, get thrown home - 70%+ of those throws are futile, and you allow the secondary baserunner (batter) to advance to second on the throw, in REAL MLB games you see the cutoff man get hit instead to keep the secondary runner from advancing. Can we have a choice (especially when we sim games as GM only) that unless I have a 90+ arm OF rating the throw in will default to the cutoff man???
