Farm Team Staff -

I am having some issues with this in a standard game.

I tick off the "Staff" box for farm teams in Manager Options menu, but I cannot seem to hire/release/assign coaches for the AHL team. Whenever I return to the Manager Options page, those boxes are unticked again.

I have ticked them, saved right away, and it makes no difference, whenever I return to that scree they default back to unticked.

What type of game is it, and which team are you playing as? It seems to work normally when I check it.

Standard Game, Toronto Maple Leafs, trying to staff the Marlies.

I'm having the same issue. I'm unable to control my farm team, hire/fire AHL staff, or set the lineups. I've mentioned it on the board several times, but in my case it's for an expansion franchise (and expansion AHL team). The box gets "unchecked" the moment I leave the screen. Really hoping this gets fixed with the next update.

Could one of you upload a save (instructions here) where it's happening? It'll be easier to track down the problem if we can see an example, since it's working normally when we try it.

I had the same problem with adding the waiver draft to a standard game. First year everything went fine and the draft took place at the end of September. Second year a draft never took place and the box was unchecked when I looked. When I ticked it again the draft started taking place at the end of June.

I'm encountering this same issue, though playing the modern Blues. the Staff box to allow me control the Springfield Thunderbirds keeps unchecking. I think I can hire/fire assistant coaches, but not the head coach. I also can't set lines. Was this ever resolved before?

I believe the idea is that as they have their own staff so you cant "edit the lines" or assign tactical roles yourself. What you can do is edit the lineups screen (I think it's tick box and click instead of drag on this one) and team uses that as it's lines.
