Historical - same contract lenght for everybody

minor annoyance, but trying to start a historical challenge (1992 TBL) all players have 3 years contracts at start ; if I remember correctly, Jeff also spotted this on one of your recent videos I saw on YT (Cincinnati stingers?) and he said that it was not meant to be like this, there should be more variances

Going to have to leave it as it is, at least for the time being, as it prevents a potential issue with entry-level contracts. I'm going to take a look at alternate methods for 8.
